Lead Times, Delivery and Terms & Conditions
All Hum London lampshades and lamps are handmade in England. Subtle variations in colour or finish are part of the making process and add to the character of each piece. If you’d like to see samples or selected items from our range in the flesh, you’re very welcome to visit our Battersea studio. We can arrange to post samples to trade clients. Please contact hermione@humlondon.com to arrange this.
Delivery & Lead Times: Lead times vary for different pieces, so please refer to the details on each product’s page. For orders that include multiple pieces with different lead times, we’ll post everything together once all items are ready. If you need a quicker turnaround, please get in touch - we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
Postage: Domestic Orders:
All orders within the UK are posted using Royal Mail’s insured next day delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll share tracking details by email.
International Orders:
Deliveries to the United States are shipped using UPS, with an estimated 5-day delivery time once dispatched. For other international destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote.
International customers are responsible for payment of local duties/import taxes.
Returns: Please note that our lampshades are made to order, and therefore all sales are final. Lamps from our main collection can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Please note sales for bespoke items are final.
In the unlikely event your parcel is damaged in transit, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
